TP-Link Tapo C225 Does Not Boot Up

Posting this in case it helps someone out there.

TL:DR: Replace the power supply

So recently, a relative of mine asked me to take a look at their Tapo camera since it was stuck on just a Red Power LED, and occasionally clicks the IR Cut Motors.

I tore the whole thing apart before going "wait, I should try another power supply"

Yeah, it was just a power supply issue. With another power supply, it boots up and works normally.

As for the original power supply, I used a multimeter and measured 10.38V, unloaded. Which is quite far away from the 12v that it was supposed to put out.
